Tokovsky granite Carpazi GR 7

Description

Tokovsky granite Carpazi GR 7 in slabs has a safety level 2, which means that it can accumulate and emit radionuclides. Therefore, this natural material with a unique colour scheme is only allowed to be used for exterior work. It is produced in the Tokivske field in Ukraine.

Features of Tokovsky granite:

• colour – red, brown or red-brown depending on the depth from which the boulders are extracted;
• structure – the texture of granite is dense, inclusions are evenly distributed;
• average service life of the products is 400-500 years;
• extremely strong, not afraid of temperature and moisture changes, sunlight;
• low water absorption, so it can withstand severe frosts without losing its aesthetics.

This granite is mainly used for finishing facades, columns, steps, monuments and memorials. The quarry does not use volumetric explosions during extraction and extracts boulders without damage. And our company cuts them into slabs of standard sizes, which facilitates installation work.
