Pokostovsky granite Grey Ukraine
Description
Pokostovsky granite Grey Ukraine slabs is a natural stone that is used for finishing facades, making steps, window sills and fireplaces, and even paving pedestrian paths and highways.
Pokostovsky gray granite is mined in Ukraine, with the deposit located in Zhytomyr region. Its deposits are distributed in a way that allows for the extraction of large solid blocks. Therefore, large slabs are produced immediately without damage.
Features of Pokostovsky granite:
- high strength;
- water-repellent properties;
- The structure is fine-grained;
- heat resistance – withstands temperatures up to 800 degrees without changing its qualities;
- color – gray natural stone, with black and white inclusions;
- does not absorb odors or liquids;
- complies with the requirements of DGN 6.6.1-6.5.001-98 “Radiation Safety Standards of Ukraine (NRBU-97)”;
- resistance to alkalis, acids, vinegar, and other hazardous substances;
- the price of granite is calculated per 1 square meter.
According to the level of radioactive radiation, Pokostovsky granite has the first safety class. Therefore, it can be used for construction and finishing work.
